These terms define the professional standards and legal expectations for all participants in Kodirovanie Academy programs. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to adhere to these guidelines.
1. Service Provider
Kodirovanie Academy is a brand operated by Kodirovanie Education Group LLC, a company incorporated in the State of California with its principal place of business at 530 Lytton Ave, 2nd Floor, Palo Alto, CA 94301, USA. Our company registration number is C4589210. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to our website and the provision of our educational services, including bootcamps, workshops, and technical mentorship.
2. Services Description
Kodirovanie Academy provides intensive technical training in the fields of software engineering, data science, and DevOps. Our services include access to proprietary curriculum materials, live technical instruction, laboratory environments, and professional career support. The specific deliverables for each track—such as Full-Stack Engineering, Data Science, and DevOps—are detailed on our Services page and in the specific enrollment agreement provided to each student.
3. User Obligations & Conduct
Students and participants at Kodirovanie Academy are expected to maintain the highest standards of professional conduct. This includes: Academic Integrity (no plagiarism or unauthorized use of external code in graded assignments), Professionalism (respectful interaction with instructors and peers), Engagement (consistent attendance and participation in lab sessions), and Ethical Use (utilizing our laboratory environments only for approved educational purposes). Failure to adhere to these standards may result in dismissal from the program without refund.
4. Payment Terms & Refund Policy
Tuition fees must be paid in accordance with the selected financing plan (Upfront, Installments, or Income Share Agreement). For upfront and installment plans, payments are due on the dates specified in your enrollment agreement. Our Refund Policy allows for a full refund if enrollment is cancelled within 5 business days of signing the agreement. Following this period, a pro-rated refund may be available until the completion of 60% of the course duration, after which no refunds are provided.
Income Share Agreements (ISAs) are subject to specific separate terms regarding qualifying employment, income thresholds, and repayment caps. Please review your specific ISA contract for these details.
5. Intellectual Property
All curriculum materials, including lectures, code examples, laboratory exercises, and proprietary software provided by Kodirovanie Academy, remain the exclusive intellectual property of Kodirovanie Education Group LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials for your personal educational development. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without express written consent.
Ownership of original code created by you during your studies remains with you, provided that it does not incorporate proprietary Kodirovanie materials. We encourage students to showcase their original projects in their professional portfolios.
6. Limitation of Liability
Kodirovanie Education Group LLC provides its educational services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for absolute technical accuracy, we do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kodirovanie Education Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in our programs or your reliance on the information provided.
7. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California. Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith mediation.
